Nikki: An Intimate Story in Black and White

Nikki, photographed in black and white.

No color to hide behind. Just light falling across a room, and someone willing to be still in it. That's the whole idea behind this kind of work: strip away the noise, and what's left is presence.

This session was shot in white, minimal apartment, the same way I'd approach a portrait or an editorial story. Available light, close framing, long silences between frames. The goal was never "sexy." The goal was honest
