Q: I’m ready to book a session — what’s the next step?
A: Just let Andres and his team know which session you’re interested in, along with any preferred dates. They’ll send over a digital invoice, and once payment is made, your shoot date will be officially reserved.
Q: What if I don’t know the creative direction for my shoot?
A: That’s absolutely fine — you don’t need to have it all figured out. Andres will collaborate with you to define the visual concept based on your goals, personality, and any inspiration you bring. Depending on your package, he’ll also create a personalized mood board outlining suggested poses, lighting styles, wardrobe ideas, and hair & makeup references to guide the session.
Q: I’ve never done a shoot before. Will you help guide me?
A: Definitely. Andres works with people of all experience levels — from first-timers to seasoned professionals. He’ll walk you through everything step-by-step, from posing naturally to helping you feel confident and relaxed on camera. The experience is tailored to make you feel seen, comfortable, and empowered.
Q: I don’t see a package that fits my exact needs or budget. Do you offer custom sessions?
A: Yes. If your needs fall outside the listed packages — whether in scope, purpose, or pricing — Andres can provide a custom estimate based on what you’re looking to achieve.
Q: Where is your studio located?
A: The studio is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, between Penn Station and Times Square. The exact address and entry instructions will be provided upon booking.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my shoot? Are there any fees involved?
A: Yes — life happens. You may reschedule your shoot once at no additional cost, as long as it’s done with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduled shoots must take place within 90 days of the original booking.
Full cancellations are subject to a studio rental fee of $100 per hour.
If you cancel entirely without rescheduling, your payment is non-refundable.
Q: How long will it take to receive my final photos?
A: Final retouched images are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the time you submit your final selections. If you need them sooner, rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Q: What if I want more photos than what’s included in my package?
A: You’re welcome to add more final photos at any time. Each package includes a base number of retouched images, and additional selections can be purchased individually. The rate per image depends on the package you booked (see pricing details above).
Q: Do you offer hair, makeup, or wardrobe styling?
A: While not included in the base package pricing, Andres can connect you with trusted professionals for hair & makeup styling, wardrobe consulting, or even personal shopping if requested. These services can be added to your session at an additional cost.
Q: Do the packages include unretouched images?
A: No — standard packages only include your final retouched selections. The unedited images are not included. However, if you book the VIP Package ($7,500), you will receive all the unretouched images from the session in addition to your retouched finals.
